Now I'm not saying they are alike because i dont know whats going on in 'Murrica but the way I see it: Geert Wilders in our country has been bashing Islam for 10-15 years because he thinks its a ideology full of hate and submission of all other "inferior" people (non believers). What ofcourse Can not be denied if you have more than two brain cells. So let me get to the point what's really important here: Both they are demonized by main stream media and all other candidates (parties in NL). Both they are being called names: racist, setting people up against eachother etc. etc. Both have to be under 24/7 protection from crazy people jerking off by the thought of ending their lives... As for the situation here. Our Wilders is an asshole sure, but he is definitely speaking the truth and is the only one in whom i have more than 1 % belief that they could actually make it a safer, better and more honest place to live in for me, my children and future generations. Trump and Wilders are getting the same kind of accusations, threats and resistance. That's why i sympathize with both of them... because even if they aren't completely right or honest all the time... they are an enemy of my enemies and sadly the only ones who stand at our side... humans' side. It's happening in every country that has a political figure who bucks the trend set by the power elite; step out of line and they'll take you down or if you've got the fortitude of a Trump & Wilders they'll attack your credentials and brand you. Just need to look at the recent one-to-one interview with Trump & Chris Matthews, a shocking piece of journalism which I think Trump handled well, he knew what was coming and remained cool under fire. Matthews threw everything at Trump in such a way that he was obviously hoping something would stick...repetition of accusations that have nothing directly to do with Trump, cutting over him time and again in an attempt to fluster and hopefully furnish MSNBC with some sound-bites of something misspoke or a flash of the Trump temper. I saw the exact same thing happen in Scotland with Alex Salmond during the Scottish Referendum; just like Trump & Wilders he's a very astute individual politically and nobodies fool, you'd need to get up very early to get one over on oor Eck. Glad you got something from the video...  |
