The bible is to be taken literally. There ancient secrets hidden within the bible that date back way before Christ. A lot of the biblical texts were copied from other ancient texts.

Because the bible 'literally' took excerpts out of them and copied parts of the same stories word for word. The Nag Hammadi Library was also found in 1945. It tells us about the gnostics who saw the old gods as the Archons and how their leader became the Demiurge, and how he is the son of Sophia who is the same as Asherah, the Queen of Heaven.
