Not long ago, I began getting the 'message' to cut meat out of my diet. I didn't listen right away and various medical issues started affecting my life. Finally I knew I had to change my diet. The difference in how I felt was amazing! While contemplating new healthy recipes, a small little voice said, "Essene diet". Though I had read a little about them, I had no idea they had a special diet. When I looked it up I was floored - all the other things that Spirit has shown me also lined up with their beliefs.
