There was a meeting in Brussels this morning -Committee of Foreign Affairs

My husband sent me a screenshot from a website (that I am not sure if we are allowed to link to) .
Amongst other things, it states that from 0900 to 1830 a Committee on Foreign Affairs were meeting in Brussels for

1). Electronic vote
2). 2015 report on Albania
3). 2015 report on Bosnia and Herzegovina
4). The EU in a changing global environment
5). End of voting
6). Discussion with Shawki Ibrahim Abdel-Karim Allam, Grand Mufti of Egypt
7). Discussion with Riad Al-Malki Minister of foreign affairs of Palestine.

Anyone know any more about this?
