Am I living in a fairy tale? Quoting: Donny Boy This kidney doctor has a contractual agreement with the SS Disability administration. By sending me to a doctor not professionalizing in nerve/muscle damage, this SS disability administration is trying to prove I'm NOT disabled. Im going to request a copy of the contractual agreement this doctor made with the SS disabilty admninisatration and was wondering if I am entitled to see the contractual agreement? Yep. Been there, done that so far, Donny Boy. Over half of the crap in my SSI Disability case, the first one, never happened. The SS Disability Administration actually concocted their own narrative for me. You're best off getting a SSI Disability Advocate to help fight for you, OP. The sooner the better, I believe, for you. Yeah, the disability adnministration is trying to prove Im not disabled making up their own rules...rules that do not even apply to me. Its absolutlely mind boggling how people were able to get a job that are suppose to be representing someone's disability, but instead, they are misrepresenting someone's disability. Disability funds on the revenue side of the ledger, it will look like the state is losing revenue when they pay someone. Revenue can also fall under profit. This would explain why they make every effort to resist paying someone disability. Less revenue...less profit. Funds used for people with disabilities should not be kept under revenue. SSA sucks alot. Your best bet is an SSI Advocate, OP. I've one, and he's been helpful I think. Conspiracy Theorist is nothing more than a derogatory title used to dismiss a critical thinker. Try no to think to negative, some of the doctors actually do pay attention if your having problems. Im hoping for a better outcome when I go in for a 2nd time. I also do have an advocate, but they never answer the phone and are no help. So if you can, get your own medical records and get your DR. to co-sign on a letter stating the difficulties you have, it may help. |

I was lucky. I didn't know how lucky I was the day I first applied for SSDI and had to go to the appointment to see the doctor, I had a bad panic attack and barely made it to the office, and that only because a friend drove me. I was utterly in panic mode and upset with myself because I couldn't even get it together enough to act normal to go see a doctor, but the blessing was he was able to see me like that and so I got my SSDI approved within sixty days. I am not thankful for my condition, but am grateful I can realize after the fact that sometimes things that seem like a difficulty added to my pile of troubles can really be a blessing in disguise. I hope in your struggles with the system you are able to overcome and get your needed help. |

SSI program is screwed. None of us over 35 will ever see a dime of what we paid into this system! I've been out of work for a yr following a series of medical issues. Of course I was denied the 1st time. I thought I had the "best" lawyer in town, but when he told me that I need to take my case to another state because this state is not fair and is backwards... I knew I was fighting a monster. I was able to get quite a bit of my health back, thankfully but I now know this shit will never happen! The judicial system, I hear, Is worse than the docs. Screw them all!! Somehow... I WILL getz myz. Somehow. Not sure how yet... but I will. Here's another place I was referred to. They seem to have a good track record and did a great job for my friend. It's called "Allsup" it's online.. check it out. They called me right back but I am not gonna fight city hall. [link to www.allsup.com (secure)] |

Man, you have to go. you know this. so just go. and if you asked me to see my contract that is none of your business, you'd find yourself 1, being told to get fucked, and 2, miraculously healed and not in need of ssd. go to your appt, tell the truth, be civil, and have a good day. unless, of course, you're just trying to milk the system for undeserved benefit payments. |

Went to the Doc, she was acting more as a consultant than a Doctor, just observing I had the arm injury, plus I showed her a pic of my motorcycle helmet cracked inward when the car drove over me after I hit a Deer with my street Bike. Luckily I saved pics of my helmet/bike and a copy of the state police report sharing in detail the car driving over me after laying in the fast lane from hitting the Deer with my bike. This Doc acknowledged my injuries and wants to refer me to get an mri and see a nerulogist for my arm. At first she said "mental illness", then I said NO! IT IS NOT A MENTAL ILLNESS, I HAVE MENTAL DISABILITIES FROM A CLOSED HEAD TRAUMA! Folks, I cannot express enough how we are being screwd because of the incorrect legal words used to 'misrepresent' our problems. Everyone pay closer attention to the words. (Don ald, Donny boy) |

Maybe that is the arm you use to wank off ... so they relate it to a prostate problem .... need to wank off to release the pressure ..... caused by a kidney problem .. Your arm got damaged by workout burnout due to excessive wanking . So you get your ARM repaired , your kidney problem cured no prostate problem and back to once a week wanking !
