MMm smoked meat.. really is there anything better?

Favourite smoked type meat is beef jerky, or beef bisque. Maybe some salmon too..

Nothing wrong with smoked meat or meat in general. It's good for you and is essential for growing kids. Stay away from the stupid ideology suggesting we should be vegetarians or God forbid, a fucking Vegan!

I don't like a lot of meat, but I still enjoy it. I can't imagine not having it at least a few days a week. Beef Jerky I would love to eat every day, if I could get away with it.

Squaw Candy is the best....smoked fatty salmon belly to almost a jerky finish!

I used an old dorm style refrigerator that didn't work and turned it into a dehydrator. Have made some very good beef jerky and used it alot for dehydrating bannanas too.

The jerky is awesome, i wish we had some around now. Have to get to it. Thanks for the reminder.

Haha, you are welcome. When ever our family goes on a road trip I always make sure we have beef jerky. Has always been a tradition to snack on it on the trip up North. I have a food dehydrator that I use often for fruits and veggies, but haven't done meat with it yet.
