need help

A few days ago, I ran into young woman who crashed her bike
It was getting dark out, no one around , so I told her to clean up
At my place. Stayed for hours . She 's Argentina so a language barrier.
Talking nonsense, hoping she'd leave.
She left in middle of night.

Yesterday morning, she comes by , I give her coffee. Talking crazy, crying
I'm not understanding her. My husband's on a bike ride, so I'm stuck with her.

We are drinking coffee outside, she goes in house, I'm thinking the bathroom.. 10-15 minutes go by she's not out yet so I go in.
She's laying in my bed NAKED!!
I ask her to please get dressed. Another 5 minutes go by I go in, still not
dressed. Again I ask her to get dressed, my husband will be home and I don't want him getting any ideas.
The whole time she's getting dressed shes putting my clothes on.

This girl is crazy..
Finally I find out what hotel she's staying at and try taking her home.
Took like a hour with her rambling on, crying etc.
I finally get her there, turn my head for a second , she's gone.
I look for her can't find her yell I'm leaving. Go home

Today I'm looking for a pair of shorts, found her visa card in my shorts.
So, I have to go all the way down to her hotel only to find out they had callerd police on her because she was crying, swearing taking clothes off . Etc

I go to police station try to find her explain things, cop at desk types out

How can she live.
