Pike eel my ass.
Google some Pike Eels.....they look nothing like that head or the size of that body.
That has a croc/alligator type head.

Quoting: Useless Cookie Eater You're being thrown off by the scale. The camera is very very close to the surface, the animal is quite small.  Adult man's size at least. I concur. I don't think it is nearly as big as you guy's do. The photo angle is making it look larger than it is. Pay attention the grain size of the sand and the "baby waves" for scale. My guess.... 3 to 4 feet long. Some of the tail is still in the water hidden. All that said....I still think it's a new species.
