Our Stories

Other things too that are a MF. Coming off of any Benzo's which can kill you dead. And things like Tramadol which for some People can be the toughest withdrawal they can ever face.

Since Tramadol is really more like effexor than Codeine. It's pain relieving qualities come from the fact when people are happier, they are in less pain.

Also, prepare to lose loved one's in Nursing Homes, on Oxygen, or other machinery used to stay alive. Diabetics that rely on an uninterrupted supply of Insulin are probably toast too.

I'm sorry if anyone out there is reliant on those things. If so, you either have a plan or have probably thought through this scenario.

All Alcoholics will go into withdrawal, all Heroin addicts will go into withdrawal. If you've ever been to a place where they keep crazy people, it will be a lot like that.

What about people with heart conditions, or thyroid issues? Circulation diseases...People on low dose antibiotics to ward off infection in cases of irregular organ function...

There's a natural antidepressant called Rhodiola Rosea. I'm not a long term user of antidepressants, but it doesn't kill you.

Google Inositol. You can buy it in powder form fairly cheaply.

It is natural and absorbed very easily. No side effects and in doses of 6 grams (about a teaspoon) twice a day can have similar effects to ssri on neurotransmitters.
You can experiment with the dosage starting lower and going higher. In a study they gave it for two years at 18 grams a day and no adverse effects were seen.
Much better alternative for most uses. I get it with tea or in a juice or even direct from the teaspoon. It is naturally sweet and tastes good.
