God that makes me vomit. Quoting: BRIEF Sometimes I used to wear sweatpants in public, but the tight belt on my jeans was causing fat build up around belly, too. As for PJ's, I never wear them, period. Just go nude. Or grab a robe. |

Besides regardless of how thin you are you can't deny the comfort of just wrapping a towel around your waist. Modern western clothes and most European clothes are designed by homesexual males for a anorexic females and young males so they can see their genitals. Modern clothes have nothing to do with comfort, functionality or durability. Modern humans wear clothes designed by male homosexuals for profit, consumption and materialism. A t shirt jeans or freaking gi would and does surpass all. The other 90% of clothes is pretence, consumption, economy and baffoonery. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 29139858 This issue is exacerbated if you sleep wearing tight fitting underwear because you literally have a tight fitting elastic band around your waist 24/7, which leads to localized circulation problems and fat build up. When I started wearing those tight fit boxer shorts I started developing a paunch, then when I stopped doing this the paunch started to disappear, as did my love handles. If you want a washboard stomach and no fat, then you must stop wearing tight fitting garments around your waist, period, otherwise all those exercises, diets, etc, will make little difference. This is true. Our garments are purposefully designed to produce negative physiological outcomes. Jeans are part of this conspiracy as are underwear with tight waist bands. |
