Manager of two "clean & sober homes" busted on federal drug charges!

Wow hadn't heard of this one yet, thanks OP.

The war on Drugs has now paved the way for the War on Recovery, coming to a city near you 2016! FBI raided a local suboxone clinic (that had been a successful methadone clinic for years before deciding to plunge into the Suboxone market thereby taking many other doctors patients and placing a target on their back) in October and now the Doctor and lady who owns and works as the Director are both slammed with 200 some FELONIES.

I know the lady and the doctor, and honestly I don't think they seem the type to do some of the stuff they are accused of...they know that they would get caught if they used fake names for the doctor to supply the director with suboxone for herself, yet they have 219 charges over that, and it is alleged that the doctor even wrote out 4 scripts for XANAX during this time as well! News to me, since anyone with benzo's in their system whether getting Methadone or Suboxone automatically gets kicked out after a few deaths locally all the doctors had to clamp down on that shit.

I think that they are just being targeted by some jealous competition, and now the methadone clinic is still open but the state is breathing down their neck daily so the patients are starting to clear out to other facilities, but there is only one other place in this county the other place is in a whole other county and many of the clients rely on county transportation to get their medicine and that bus line has a contract not to take patients to any other recovery facility in the area, so what we have now is one big convoluted hot mess with no end in sight it keeps getting crazier by the day it seems.

I personally went to this place a long time ago and it saved my life, literally, and it is so sad to see all their troubles raining down day after day, after the workers there put so much effort into making sure I was able to live my life without drugs any more. Sad.

If you make one little mistake the state can come and ream your ass so bad it will make your GRANDKIDS sore.

Interesting. I know two people that methadone/buprenorphine saved from death-by-needle as well. It seems to work really well in getting people off of smack humanely.

Well, people first showing up would likely be carrying the vice of their choice, maybe he confiscated them?

That might be the case, but would the Feds be involved then?

Those in a position of responsibility/authority committing crimes should be held to a higher standard and face long mandatory sentences.....
