I've heard that too and I wouldn't be surprised if that was the real attraction of Florida for Jeb! He and his forest gnome wife (love that one whoever posted it!) may feel more comfortable living in an area where she can probably get by with speaking very little English. It's pretty obvious that they're hiding her and I don't think it's just because she's small. She could find Marco Foamio's boot maker, after all.
