Trump is a master at "timing" he would never allow himself to be caught like that. If you saw his immediate reaction to Ben Carson missing his stage cue at the last debate and Trump stood by his side while the others just followed orders and took their positions which illustrates "timing" perfectly.

It would have been an incredible moment if ALL of the candidates would have waited with Carson in solidarity the way Trump did, but the others can't think out of the box like Jeb showed here.
