We should get rid of low class offenders that are in our prisons and use them to house these bastards in instead. Feed them bacon for breakfast, give them all a bible, and stick dog pictures all over their walls. Then the victims families should be invited into a room with them for an hour or so. All Drs off duty for a week. Scum of the earth!!!
