I know they cut off peoples hands for theft in Arab countries, so why don't they cut off the 'offending organ/s" in rape cases?

Oh yeah, I forgot! A woman's witness in court is only half the value of a man's, so I guess that means there's no chance in hell of a man EVER being convicted of such a crime, at least if the conviction is based on her word against his!
