The BBC are a public service broadcaster and significant resources have been put into this website and programme. This is a covert way for the government to warn the public to prepare, much safer than blind panic by an official announcement.

This is not the only one, the BBC also ran a program within the last couple of months called the War book about the government wargaming a Ww3 scenario but the twist was they where wargaming something real...

Which was made more interesting as it timed with the UK gov announcing that they planned to move both houses of Parliment while parliment is refurbished, the prime locations chosen, 2 underground bunkers...

No message there at all...

Not to mention the BBCs other recent ww3 drama that upset the Latvian's and Russians..

i 'died' cos my morale was rock bottom after seeing that hot babe getting blasted by the nuke

in REALITY I would have raised my morale SEVERAL notches by pausing the vid a few seconds before the blast, knocking one out, then, 20 minutes later, pressing play again, and knocking one out just as the blast hit!
