Cash businesses allowed them to accumulate a lot of untaxed dollars but also Asian banks were giving them loans at 3% when everyone else was at 9%. They were smart they use what they can get to their advantage and they work very hard. |

She taught me a lot about asian culture. It was awesome. She showed me the asian market in Austin. han World market, the best! If you joint this one site, it's the people who stage model homes. They auction off all the furniture at the end of open houses. Event he stuff they never used. It's a write off. if you go once a month you get crazy deals. This woman and her sister went and got 2 King Louis armchairs with the clawfoot. for 700 bucks. They took them home and realized they were Ethan Allen brand new, and the price tags under the seat was 1450.00 EACH. So even if you don't keep them, you can sell them on Ebay. |

It's been like that for years. All of that wealth adds up. Most likely the parents level either own a business or are a professional like a doctor or something. They buy property, the majority are homeowners, and they are frugal and save up. By the time an Asian kid turns 18, he'll most likely have around $20,000 in savings because of all the holidays and forced habit of saving. They're able to send all of their kids to colleges free of any student debt. The kids study math, science, engineering, pre med/law, dentistry, etc. and they too become professionals and wealthy. The cycle continues over and over and over. |

Many times I saw them open wallets while waiting in line to buy lunch - nothing but wads of $100's. They are always the ones that get mugged and robbed. Thieves come up from LA just to target them for about two days then head back to LA with their massive loot. |
