Mexico’s Citizens’ Council for Public Security and Criminal Justice, has released a report on the 50 most murderous/deadly cities in the world, 21 of which are in Brazil (no surprise to any Liveleakers right). Well also of note is that, for some STRANGE reason all of these cities share one glaring obvious singular trait... Whites are a significant MINORITY in each. Go figure...
