No. Whites and Asians are just black people with differing amounts of melanin loss. Over time, if allowed to mix, they will just become black people. There's no way the black race, as different as it is globally, could possibly be mixed with another by 2050. The only reason such could happen to the whites is because your fertility is rock-bottom.
