if you dress provocatively, you are drawing attention to yourself. that is a fact.
the group actually has some good points.

Just saying....(OK this is getting pretty dark  ) ironically nuns are raped too. and women in burkas are raped more than unclothed ones. rape is a crime of power. usually committed by men. on women, girls, and boys. when Islamic government requires female genital mutilation, beating of wives, no education or driving for women... there is a problem with gender imbalance that leads to disaster.
