I love, LOVE CT. Usually I'll find a thread that interests me and research it, but most people are up to date on older CT's than I am so there's not much to add to the thread. I love to learn.

Being physically and mentally exhausted takes a toll on a man. Hang in there!

I remember there was a long stretch where I would work really long, like 60 hrs a week. When I got home, all I wanted to do was just pass out, dinner was a maybe choice. No mood for sex. Generally couples with kids have less sex or none at all, so it's not unusual.

There are supplements for men like horny goat weed, yohimbe, tongkat ali, zinc. Even pre-workout supplements that have L-Arginine work also. They all increase bloodflow to the penis and there's a tingling sensation. A lot more morning woods and literally couldn't sleep cause I would have random boners at night. This will help if it's stress-related.

It might be stuff in our good, like the hormones, there's a higher % of estrogen in our water and food nowadays which obviously lower testosterone levels. A good T-booster supplement might help counteract the effects. Besides that, a good night's sleep, clean/healthy diet would help a lot. Also hire a babysitter and a date night or something.
