Thread: Simulation theory implies a creator. Why is it so hard to believe that God is the creator of this simulation?
It's a game designed by God.
You're supposed to enjoy it.
Learn how to play.
Quoting: 99thmonkey Simulation theory does provide room and a requirement for, Intelligent Design. Agree.
I see it kinda like a fractal of The Sims.
Imagine your Sim, sitting in front of their computer playing The Sims.
Quoting: Seer777 I think it’s a choose your own adventure type of program myself lol. Open platform style. Hehe
Quoting: *Arabella* I think so too. I've considered that if there is an afterlife, that is exactly what it is. I like to think my soul in some form, decided to take an 'Earth vacation' for however how long I live on this plane. All the things I can do, learn, see, feel, eat, etc., while I am here, is part of the 'appealing package' to come to Earth in the first place. Quoting: Seer777 My favorite part of The Sims game play, was raising my Sim's talent points. I would spend all my time teaching them to cook, play chess, raise their charisma, paint, play guitar, etc.. The social aspect was never that appealing to me. And my Sim would communicate with just a few closer friends, find a partner, have a couple of kids. Then I would stop playing because the game because it would get boring, or my main Sim died. And the only thing that will get me back on the 'God/Creator/Architect' train.
