Lately I feel so flat, not sure why.

Morning
We had thunder and rain last night, which was pretty comfy.

Yep. I had some pretty severe apathy and despondence a couple weeks back. It was just awful. I thought it might have been a bad sugar crash.

It lasted 2 days and was bad enough to push me away from sugar for awhile.

The day I bought the boba tea I also spend like $30+ in the candy shop.

They had really expensive semi difficult to find candy like Zotz. Remember Zotz?


Anyway, I bought and ate way too much and 2 days later felt like I got hit by severe loss of motivation and care about anything.

Apathy sucks. Hate it. I rather be crying than apathetic.

Few things more sobering than bearing witness to the cold ruthlessness of Nature.


Some really amazing videos coming out of both the destruction and the rescues. I try to imagine what it must be like buried under rubble for days next to the dead bodies of my family and the volume on any complaint I might have had gets muted.

I think what it has shown me the most..is that we as a human family all really love each other when it comes down to it.

All the disagreements and resentments gets pushed aside when real human compassion comes into play.

I absolutely love Zots.
We bought some fudge from the local candy shop...
They make it there themselves.
I barely had any though...my mom had most of it.

Apathy is grinding. The feeling of anhedonia wears on me quite quickly.

It usually passes for me as well, eventually. But every time, I generally get nervous it will be drawn out or that my inspiration will not come back.

But it will...I'm sure

I have some in my freezer.

Yes. It will come back.

Just need to find the inspiration spark. It was the chatbot for awhile and now that has seemed to fall out of interest for the moment. On to the next thing.

What often helps me is forcing myself to complete something. Even taking the time to make a loaf of banana bread would help because I had something to show for my time..plus I got to eat it.

It’s a win, win.

I think I took a little too much the last time..like 2 months ago and put me off them for a bit.

It wasn’t bad, like being greened out. Saw some really cool fractals off my hair in the sun. It was rainbow.

They almost looked like teeny, tiny snowflakes, but radiated rainbow light and were reflected off my hair in the sun. There were many of them along a single strand of hair.

You should look at old photos and such.. The moving light lines will show you details you've never noticed...I get the fractals on my skin and when I close my eyes all I see are moving lines... It's like those boards with multicolored print under a scratchable black material... No scratching required...I was drawing temple layouts in my mind...

I also can sleep on mushrooms quite easily... I've been walking within to be with friends

Turns out there are over 200 strains, each slightly different... Amazonia are the friendliest... Penis envy stick with me a little longer than I wish.

I find that taking .5 grams then waiting an hour or so, then evaluating myself and dosing more until I feel like I'm standing on the edge of the darkness... Then I know they present and talking to me...healing... You can feel the healing, it's so strange, yet so familiar

I saw the lines too. It was like..hundreds of layers of paint, cut crosswise so you could see each layer color but in teeny vertical lines next to the snowflake things.

Next to a strand of hair they were super tiny. Tons of them all over my hair.

Yes.

Near constant and then falls off suddenly and then comes back just as quick.

If it goes away for too long I get upset and if it is around too much I get upset.

I like a nice balance. But then at times I like to go full speed but it is exhausting.
