I'm spending the next 6 months learning the Declaration, the Bill and Constitution.

I have always been passionate about it, mostly because it's in my blood.

The schools stop teaching it, hence so many if us do not have the facts about it.

President George Washington. I believe it was part of his farewell address to the Nation.

The Constitution dictates that the federal district be under the jurisdiction of the US Congress. Washington, DC operates as a state while also performing functions of a city and a county.

We are treated as a state in more than 500 federal laws.

The Commander in Chief and the Military is in control now and has been once all the orders were in place.

I heard that is why our courtrooms look like they do. I've done my best to stay out of one.


I've been let go in a few situation that could have gone different if my color or gender was different. One time I got pulled over in college wearing a halter top and eating an ice cream. The cop pulled me over in my parking lot to my apartment complex.

I got out with ice cream dripping down my arm and he was nearly lost for words. He mentioned something about not signaling before I turned and I said something like, my ice cream is melting..my apartment is right there. Can I go?

He said, sure and walked away.

Not the first time either.

It has only been month. The last week has been bad being my older dog took a sudden turn and we thought we were going to lose him. Not sure if he had a stroke, seizure or what but he wasn’t the same dog and would pace around whining not seeming to know where he was. One of his pupils was blown and he shivered and seemed to be in tons of pain. It was totally heartbreaking.

A lot of $$$ in vet visits, medication and crying later, and yesterday he seems to be improving some. He is not out of the woods and we are still intimately aware he could take a turn again and have to be put to sleep. I was super angry about it and then numb. I couldn’t cope with beer or THC so I raged into the void.

Time will tell.


Outwardly, I feel more attractive. I’ve spent all the money I’d be spending on beer on a new wardrobe, shoes, skin care and makeup. I like what I see in the mirror which after not caring about my appearance for years, is refreshing.

I was told on Saturday by another how beautiful I looked, which felt nice after finding the painting the weekend before.
