That does sound rather tasty. Something I do when ending a fast, and even the thought of food can be nauseating, is grab something I find tasty (such as jerky) and very...very...slowly allow it to just sit in my mouth and just little bites.
Gets the tastebuds going, the stomach acid-ing, and just shift that vibe enough that you go back for more

Slept like a baby last night.



Not looking forward to my dreams coming back. A large part of why I used in the first place. That sleep might be worth it tho.

The only dream I recall last night.

I was standing in a room and I looked up at the ceiling and water droplets appeared all over the ceiling..then started to pour through.

I do think it is more likely though, that having dogs in the house would become an obstacle for abusive fathers who use religion to beat or kill their own family members, if they step out of line.

A dog would protect the women and littles and the abusive patriarch can't have that.

My guy came through last night around 8:30pm. I would take a picture but not sure that would go over well, even if they have been decriminalized here.


I have to go down and break my partner at the Scandinavian Festival later, so I haven't eaten any yet. I think I will start with 1/4 of a stem when I do.

If anything can be said about the sheer horror of the last month, my short pants which were uncomfortably tight just a month ago..now need the waistband folded over to stay up.

Plus..I put down two substances that I used every day to cope..easier than I thought I could.

No cravings. Maybe that what hitting rock bottom really is.
