My youngest auntie scanned all of her family shared letters of hers becoming a nun, reads like glp on steroids…

Hi Seer, I hope all is well.

Some of trees have finally turned yellow-orange-redish.

Good afternoon.

Things are good. Celebrating the best ever yield and finish, which has been difficult to achieve, this far North. Taking a break at the moment.

Have suffered through different types of failure over the years, but always got a pretty good yield. Rot can take out a plant in under one day. It's heartbreaking after all that work. Which is a lot. Time consuming.

The smoke and ash from last years' fires, didn't help either.

This storm mentioned above, hit the same night my MIL died 2 weeks ago. I spent most the day staking and zip tying branches and salvaging what was broken. Much took it in stride thankfully..

Today is harvest day.

Things are improving on my end. There were some difficulties, but some were overcame.

It is heavy and awkward. Also sticky. I went through a lot of pairs of gloves today.
