When I was a kid my parents told me that he bit the head off a bat and killed a puppy on stage.

When I was in my teen my dad told me that when he was 'in a band' he had a song called 'The Wizard'. He doesn't tell me much about those years.

He deliberately kept it from me.


I was well into my 30s before I decided to try anything Ozzy.


I don't do drugs, or pills..not anything but the leaf and beer. No more than 5-6 beer spread out over 5 hours and food.

Drugs never did it for me.


But the energy did. Drugs don't compare. I did meditate for years, study and fast for 4 months. I lost 60lb which was 1/3 of my body weight and risked dying of starvation.


I get why most don't get there, not that many should without extreme and proper guidance. If there is such a thing.


Everyone learned to walk by preventing a fall..
