Two people are bickering in a room. They've fought, thrown punches and maybe had knives involved too.
Do you leave them in the room, so they can keep arguing.
Or do you have one leave the room, so tensions can be lowered and cooler heads can prevail?
He's closing the door to people that are not part of the US. Not throwing out current US citizens.
