Happy Thanksgiving everybody, no matter how much or how little we might have, we still have much to be grateful for.

Let us pray that we have another that is so good.

Damn, I never thought about giving my turkeys Coors beer. We could be drinkin' buddies! I might try that tonite.... Not really, I don't share my beer with the farm animals, unless it gets spilled. I do have a goat that spills it pretty much every time I leave it settin' around in the pen, but that's not technically sharing. Tomorrow, home grown turkey, next week it could be bar-b-qued goat!

Well, since I can't sleep and you're all such wonderful company I decided to hang around for a little bit more. It's soon three hours into Thanksgiving. The weather outside is lovely.

A nice inch of fluffy white snow. Since it is Thanksgiving, I would have to be very grateful for the most uplifting dream I had yesterday. Despite the huge construction going on nearby. Tons of noise, all through the night. They are behind schedule on this one.

Would it be fitting to ask what kind of tea one usually drinks on Thanksgiving? I'd say something of a Pumpkin Spice black tea. That may be for Halloween though. What sorts of tea go well with a wonderfully roasted Turkey and all of that food. I wanted to say "fat", but I'll limit myself to "scrumptious".

Other things I am grateful for are new opportunities to meet new Friends here in Russia and develop my interests. That I'm still alive, that is surely a huge Thanks as well ;)

Sounds like you are in a good frame of mind, so good for you. Don't think it matters what tea you have, just whatever you like! Good luck and God speed to you!

Regular black tea with orange spice (Tang will work in a pinch), that is what I have had many times after the big meal is finished.

Thank you for the tea feedback! I'd actually enjoy some recipes for some heart-warming teas for these cold Russian nights. Using loose leaf black tea and natural spices please. I don't enjoy artificial flavorings, and we don't have Tang here in Russia.

Since you're all uploading great music, "let me speak from my heart in English". In this case in "Chris Rea". Nothing like listening to him after a good, full meal, tucked into a warm blanket while it is snowing outside.
