I've seen it on satellite for too many years to mention. I thought it protection from CME. I thought it was a thinning ozone. I took videos. I asked others. I thought a lot of shit. Then I saw the storms dissipate each time, watched the droughts and floods develop, snow off the chart here, no rain there. It is weather mod, protection for military equipment, alteration of growing areas for profit. Multi-use but occurs by the ptb plan, not natural or a by-product of airliners. When they have money and power to produce weather mod with no one voting for such, we are screwed.
It's all about the money. Global money. They can't sell us enough crap to sustain money, now it is food, water, drugs, etc.
