I am unclear exactly what constitutes a 'shill'. I am under the impression it is a person who is paid by an outside party to infiltrate and derail conversation of internet forums, that moves outside the parameters of the 'comfort level' of the entity paying for said service. Is that a fair assumption?

What is the nature of the topic the US government would consider necessary to pay people such as yourself, to push one agenda or another, here on GLP?

Also, do you agree with what you push? I assume that would make it far easier and more convincing.
