El Paso case sees religious liberty, home-school rules collide
AUSTIN, Texas (AP) — The case of an El Paso home-schooling family accused of not teaching its children anything because it was waiting "to be raptured" has reached the Texas Supreme Court.

The school district says it doesn't want to interfere with home-school rights, but was investigating complaints from relatives that the McIntyre children weren't being educated because they were awaiting the second coming of Jesus Christ
