people with a heightened consciousness and on a spiritual path can feel that another great shift is about to happen. This time it is about new possibilities. It has to do with becoming true creators of your own reality beyond your wildest imagination.

As we shift into this new reality, the vibrations are becoming too fast and disharmonious with the low vibrations of the dark side that is ruling the planet and owns most of the wealth. They are self serving and only interested in control and manipulation. Their rulership is going to collapse. It has to dissolve because it's not compatible with the energy we're going into. You can already see it happening manifesting in chaos and health issues of politicians and rulers. We're once again transforming rapidly.

This fall's energy phase will be stronger than what we have received before. Symptoms that you may experience as you're shifting into this new frequency:

- extreme lethargy
- feeling like you have been drugged or haven't slept in days
- brain fog and forgetfulness
- difficulties focusing, but it doesn't bother you.
- you feel like you want to lie around all day
- a deep feeling of trust that things are exactly as they are meant to be for the highest good of yourself and all
- inner equilibrium, a feeling of peace
- increased appetite on certain days interchanged by days of wanting to fast
- bowel explosions!! releasing of old and toxic energy in explosive ways
- little pains quickly coming and going (anywhere in your body)
- a feeling of being wise and mature, forgiving towards others
- you don't get upset in situations you used to
- you completely cease to crave certain foods, usually the less healthy ones
- you may a dislike for coffee (if you're usually a coffee drinker)
- vivid dreams

Those symptoms above are noticeable by the higher evolved people who have already done a lot of clearing, are more aware of energy and understand the benefits of 'surrender'. It's mostly additional calibration for those.
Add to the list:
- greasy and faster growing hair
- throat chakra clearing (manifesting as sore throat and coughing) as the voice bands are picking up the new frequencies first.
- an increased trust in the power of source versus in any media based information. even reading books doesn't interest you at this time
- As the energy enters through the top first, you may also feel pressure in your head and some spinal adjustments resulting from the flow of energy which is gentle yet powerful. Therefore also the feeling of vertigo and dizziness.
- more joint flexibility
Don't worry about the fog. You are integrating, a time of stillness is needed to integrate. You will see clear again.

We must not forget the impact this shift is going to gave on the collective consciousness.
The big shift that is coming up will eliminate all that doesn't resonate with the higher frequencies. It will just crumble and fall no matter how aggressively they try to old on to it and keep the old habits of control in place. The new energy just absorbs the darkness with its low frequencies. As their egos are interfering with the flow, they mainly only harm themselves.

Everything that takes too much effort and is exhausting is not meant to be in your energetic field. You can just stop giving it attention and your own energy. Give yourself time and permission for resting periods.
Manifestation becomes easier and faster when what you manifest resonates with your soul. Do what you love and it will increase.

Black Moon this weekend.

Black moons are rare and happen about every 32 months. The second new moon in one months is called Black Moon.

The cosmic shift in energy of the Black will have a powerful force upon our planet and our lives. New moons are times for new beginnings and new directions. It's also a time where you should feel more intuitive.
Black Moons differ from regular new moons in that they magnify and intensify energies, emotions, changes, and feelings in your life. The energy may affect you in these ways:

In the days both preceding and following the new moon opportunities will present themselves to you. You will gain clarity and find a new sense of hope or meaning within your life that will drive you forward to further opportunities.

Overall, this short term shift in energy (there is a much bigger one around the corner) marked by this Black Moon will be a good thing. Just go with the flow and connect with this energy.

very important to set intentions this Friday accompanied by strong feeling. don't just imagine what you want to see in your life, do it as best you can by visualizing in detail, prayer and emotion. feel how it feels to have what you wish for yourselves in life. start now to sort out the things you want to petition the universe for and then have some quiet time set aside this Friday to do your personal prayer ritual. it will be supercharge and potent. be careful what you wish for.

but to give a hint: i think it's energy related (on a cosmic level). And TPTB will try to pull their biggest and boldest tricks out of their sleeve thus far. A lot of it will be based on fear. They most definitely know about the great changes in our cosmos right now, and will do anything they can to keep us in the lower vibrational emotional range (fear/desperation/anger). By doing that they hope that we won't be receptive to these new high vibrational energies.
