There's no way of knowing how many scientists believe in gods, either way it's completely irrelevant . Clearly, scientists (bear in mind that there are many different disciplines under the " science" umbrella) who do believe don't have a conflict. Those who don't believe don't have an issue with religion, they just don't recognise it. The conflict lies within the religious.
