In my ponderings about transhumanism and its possible horrendous fate for humanity, I have been calling the beings biobots (robot with soul grafted onto it).

But yesterday, I came across an already existing term for the same thing:

"Ontobiological" or "Ontocyberenergetic"

Bio: refers to the biology of the life form in question

Energetic: refers to the infrastructural medium which holds the soul
Ontobioenergtic: with a physical, biological body, such as ourselves
Ontocyberenergetic: (onto=life form; cyber=artificial; energetic=soul carrier) This life form has both artificial and natural systems, also known as cybernetic organism....Ontocyberenergetic means they are intelligent, cybernetic organisms dressed by organic tissue.
