Has anybody ever coorelated how many of these "shooter" incidences happened before the repeal in July of 2013 of the Smith-Mundt Act, which forbade government propaganda being used on US citizens?

Unfortunately this article, like others, did not elaborate on domestic propaganda, and instead focused on the production of propaganda relation to foreign affairs.

Too bad, domestic propaganda has been implemented to support foreign policy and well as domestic policy, like gun control.

Also, they said the casualties were transported to multiple hospitals - what's that all about? Don't casualties usually go to the morgue? And in a small rural town, seems like there wouldn't be multiple hospitals close by, especially if they weren't casualties yet and time was critical!
