Could be XXY--but this is a highly random occurence n nature--to see a localized group of significant numbers appearing in a relatively isolated place suggests environmental vectors--certainly genetic at this point, if this is true.

there was a tribe in africa that had that happen over a couple of generations and then it stopped.

they used it as a medical lecture with a video, so i went down to watch that particular one when someone told me.

they were girls until puberty, and then the ovaries 'fell out' and formed testicles, and the penis formed from the clitoris.

i know it sounds far fetched, but i did go watch it....


they never found out why....

it was somewhere in the 50's-70's

That's what I was thinking when I read the article. How did the infants then children go to the bathroom? For this article to make ANY real sense, the girls in question would of had to have actual vaginas, vulva, clits, and the rest of the usual girly stuff down there. Then strangely enough the girls' crotches became boy crotches in a hurry.

So I'm left wondering "What... the... fuck?".

Nope. It affects blacks, indians, and Inuits. The number of caucasions affected are so small that it's insignificant but if you want to include them I can make the argument that they likely have black ancestry at some point in their family tree.

I guess you can't read. CAH can be your classic hermaphroditism. Happens mostly in populations where genetic variety is lacking. Hence the Innuits and English.

didnt you read it.. Its not hermaphrodite.. They are lacking an enzyme that interacts with dihydro-testosterone. Thats what stops the penis growing.

But the surge of hormones at puberty manages to apparently grow the penis.
