If you allow government prosecutors to call this a "bomb", you open the door to being prosecuted yourselves.And you will have no defense. If this is a potential bomb, everyone has the bomb making materials in their home. In order to be prosecuted there would have to be proof the intent was to harm someone. All this really did was expose idiots and the fact that certain people are being persecuted.

If he had simply taped up a few paper cylinders and hooked wires to them, THEN it would have been a hoax bomb. It had nothing in it that could be misconstrued as explosives., and therefor it is impossible to prove he intended to hoax a bomb. I think it was BRILLIANT, and a lot of people agree, a lot of people smarter than you or any of the other shit stirrers here.
