Rape is the unwanted seizure by force, from the latin rapeo meaning to seize. In sexual terms and common usage anyone who doesn't want sex but is forced into it is raped. Even if you are married you can still rape or be raped.

If you mean that men are superior and take what they want and women must be submissive in a marriage well here in united states we gave women equal rights. If you mean that in a marriage you have to give sex up anytime your married partner desires it you are living in a fantasy world and only people truly in love would feel that way furthermore sometimes people change their minds or fall out of love and decide (selfishly or not it doesn't matter) to withhold their love from their spouse (meaning they can be raped because they do not consent). Just because you are married doesn't mean you consent to sex. For instance if you are married to a woman, and she wants to stick a dildo up your ass, and you refuse, and she does it anyways, that is rape. Of course that is a example that is unlikely to happen but I'm just saying rape can still happen. Some culture would agree with you that women cannot be raped in marriage because they are considered property of the man and not people, but here in the united states we treat women like humans even after they get married.
