Black/African American people were persecuted for hundreds of years in this country. A people that is forced to go through that and crawl out the other side, well, it changes people. The universe always rebalances, eventually, even if its 1 hundred or several hundred years later. Welcome to the land of un-intended(or maybe intended) consequences. Cheers to all! Once this programming is accepted by a portion around 20% of the Black/African American Community, it can be activated and weaponized. The triggers are varied, it could be the shooting of an unarmed black teen or something else. The only ones that know are the ones who programmed the response, which was likely based on how either they or loved ones were treated. This is a loop back to the 60's and the civil rights movement but it's modern, so it has all the trappings of our modern life. As a retort to your final statement, I would say, Blacks fly planes, helicopters, drive boats etc., in spite of whites. Cheers to you and yours! They taught themselves to fly planes, helicopters, drive boats, etc. and yet have not mastered indoor plumbing? A truly remarkable race... |

"Relativism" is the very plague that threatens the Church as an institution, the traditional concepts of God and the standards of moral society! I tell you that relativism belongs to the realm of contrasts between dark and light or light and shadow!. And so it is with all appearances. Racism is based upon surface appearances mostly and is not the substantial truth of any group OR individual. We must all learn to see from the mind's eye perspective! And from the HEART! First and foremost, no one wants to be treated like a joke. When you attack people's character you cause them suffering and pain. That degrades their self worth until ultimately they may become so beaten down by it, they begin to fulfill a lowered expectation of themselves. Comedy is only meant to be a release valve for social tensions and pressures. (Ever notice how much social standing and power comedians have)?- Everyone likes to laugh and ultimately no one wants to make any situation too difficult by taking themselves too seriously.
