Judging by the surrounding foliage in the photos, I'd say that the creature is probably two to three feet in height. I was thinking it could be the Cookie Monster, but it's eyes are set too far apart. So..  Grey fox Can be as tall as two and a half feet, yes? [ link to search.yahoo.com (secure)] Whoa..
