Looks to me like a black bear standing up. We have lots of black bear here in Florida and they like to stand up next to trees and buildings, sometimes when they smell something, sometime when they are marking the area. Look for any light scuff marks on that section of wall. Black bears aren't huge, but they have sharp claws and lots of times will leave a mark on something when scenting.
