Yes it is  It's kinda unfortunate that they cut off the full pic of what I think is the scariest looking thing out of that whole bunch. It was also proven to be somebody's creation for some project too, so it's not even real, but if you don't know that it's pretty frigging scary. They only show the head of it in this video, it has wings on it's back too. The moth man?  More like some sort of demonic beast looking thing with wings, it's definitely NOT anything human looking! The head kinda looks doglike, but with big pointy ears. Looking again, the face does appear a little bit human, man like looking. Gotta love the stories and legends about the moth man too though!
