Quoting: morty111 Not saying this is the case, just telling you what to expect if you tell them you are using the herbs. Any mud that they can throw on your face will be there in court. So lock your tong. The medical system in this country is pathetic. I had a ear surgery in 1977. The so called specialist that I had a reference from Hospital from, ruined my ear. Out of 3 conduction bones one was totally gone and the 2nd had fragments left. To this day I couldn't do anything legally or medically. I am suffering from it. After the surgery for a whole year my ear was not healing until a good friend referred me to world famous Doctor. I take regular eyedrops and checks without fail. Nor do I have any intention of mentioning herbs (a year after the fact) which I can barely afford anyway. I've managed to not go completely stupid daff yet. My heart goes out to you in your predicament. The world has never been fair last I checked. Funny almost how we can't absorb that the world of predators has made this a fucking lunatic asylum full of injustice. So, tell me. After your visit (did you?) to this world famous doctor is there progress for you? Wishing you tremendous success! |

Quoting: Daggo you've been watching to much Law and Order. in the real world, lawyers work for money (up front). I currently have a malpractice case against the NHS (UK) and the solicitor took the case without any money up-front because he knows the law and knows we can't lose. I have also had other settlements with another solicitor who took no money up-front. These weren't medical mind you. You may have to pay them to read over youre case, but in all my cases i haven't had to. Maybe youre experience has been different? Maybe it's different down-under? |

Quoting: Daggo you've been watching to much Law and Order. in the real world, lawyers work for money (up front). Wrong. There are MANY lawyers who work on straight contingency. Win the case or get paid nothing. Every damn day. They key to that practice is to only accept cases that are solid slam dunk winners. You don't want to spend a lot of time and money litigating a case that's going to be a loser. So if OP is having trouble it's because he cannot find an attorney that is confident enough in his case. OP, here are some attorneys that specialize in botched eye surgeries. Even if they aren't in your state, they can likely help you as these highly specialized lawyers typically just team up with a personal injury lawyer in your State and get admitted for the lawsuit pro hac vice, meaning for the one case only: [link to www.krounerlaw.com] [link to www.smileylaw.com] [link to www.abramslaw.com] [link to www.buckfirelaw.com] Good luck. Will check out your links, Moraniac, for sure. I wish the caps weren't as dismally low as they are. Which wouldn't even begin to cover expenses I now face, am trying to spare myself more energy when I could sure use a little TLC and comforting. I might just have to resort to "better than nothing" but hope it doesn't come to that. Appreciate your time and definitely will contact those guys..THANK YOU.. u r, BTW. The 5 CLs I've contacted flat out say they don't take cases like this one even before knowing any facts. So am wondering how that would work if an in-state CL won't even begin work with an out-of-state agency. See, this is why I ended up wanting to deal with him one-on-one and flat out blackmail his ass. He's probably shagged a lot of people because he knows what their limits are. The State can fine him a million and put him behind bars but I still get nothing. I'm already worn down by all this. Last Edited by DawaSatso on 09/03/2015 11:04 AM |

I hope it works out for you, losing your vision sure is a scary thing to have to deal with. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 65912958 Good grief, dear fellow, my god in heaven..so SORRY this happened to you. How is your other eye holding up? I hope very well under control at this point. Have they gotten your pressures down 8-12 in the other one. Never any guarantees about this condition no matter what is done. But my heart so goes out to you my friend. Everybody has to deal with what they're dealt, however they can. Best warmest wishes to you. Nah I won't be doing the herb smoking, never have and don't plan to start. Eye pain has to be managed somehow, quite apart from other types of pain. Just in case you missed it I was referring to Chinese herbs, not cannabis herb. Quite surprising how it came about since ignoring the chinese route all my life until now. I just know deep down this is my best chance at this point along with all the usual conventional ones. It's ok :) Mostly I THANK everyones fine fine intentions and things to think about for my little haid. Love to you all :) |
