USGS's New Facebook Cover Photo - "WARNING" (?)

Anyone else see USGS's Facebook? Changed their cover photo to a picture of students hiding under a desk next to a map of an earthquake happening in LA with the word "WARNING" Next to it.

WTF? lol are they trying to start a panic? Or is this some sort of subtle warning?

Normally, I wouldn't think twice. September is their preparedness month. But With all the activity today and it being the first day of the DREADED September 2015...makes me curious.
