1) This sounds more like abductions. Most sleep paralysis causes that. Stop them with these methods: [ link to www.metatech.org] 2) Look at the reviews on Amazon for "Niacin the true story". Niacin is very important for mental problems,sleep, stress, hundreds of chemical reactions in the body. I actually don't want to stop it. I found it to be an awesome experience once I was aware of what was happening. Thanks for the info however.
