So who took this video, as well as another one that's posted in another thread? Would that not be police evidence as well as a crime scene? Also, are these videos taken after police have combed through them for evidence, and if so, where is there nothing to indicate a police presence...fingerprinting dusting, etc.?

Does the computer in this video seem to be intact and not tampered with? I couldn't tell for sure. If it is then either the person who filmed this or the authorities took it apart prior to the photos taken.

It's possible he could have followed them to the location. The thing is this would likely be on surveillance cameras which I'm sure we will never be shown the so called footage.

It is weird, they release the video so fast like they want us to see it. I'd figure it's still considered evidence...........

Upon viewing it again the computer is definitely still intact and facing the opposite way of the pics taken. Now it's not uncommon for the authorities to open it up and remove the hard drive but it is odd that we have this discrepancy considering someone was obviously filming inside the apartment prior to their arrival! Also, i saw a report that said the police entered through the balcony for fear of the apartment being booby trapped. Well there was obviously one person besides the alleged shooter himself who knew for a fact that it wasn't!

I've learned 4 things reading this thread.

1) there are no crazy people that commit murder.
2) assumptions are fact.
3) talking in red bold font makes you right.
4) crazy people always have lots of personal items and decorated homes like gay people.

Seriously, it's like their homes are devoid of any personality. Weird that it looks like a staging area for an event.

Exactly! If the police would have already been there the apartment would have been up-ended stem to stern. Cabinets emptied, closets emptied, couch cushions torn apart, etc. looking for evidence. Such as ammo, ammo boxes, gun box, drugs, photos and video where he surveilled the victims. receipts, etc.

Frankly, the apartment looks untouched.

This whole thing is a set up. I think this gay guy was set up and framed - and killed, of course, because the focus IS THE GAY GUY...getting rid of HIM was the goal. Thats' my belief anyway.
