If he didn't have a t.v how did he know they were reporting there without some inside knowledge (which I doubt he had since he had already been fired). Exactly, I was just thinking the same thing! I assumed he had been watching the news that morning and gained knowledge about their location from a teaser such as " and coming up later in the hour Allison will be reporting from..." or something similar in nature. he could have just been stalking them. "the thin veneer of civilization that we all take for granted every day is starting to rapidly disappear." |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 69591701 United States 08/28/2015 12:25 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | So who took this video, as well as another one that's posted in another thread? Would that not be police evidence as well as a crime scene? Also, are these videos taken after police have combed through them for evidence, and if so, where is there nothing to indicate a police presence...fingerprinting dusting, etc.? |

It's possible he could have followed them to the location. The thing is this would likely be on surveillance cameras which I'm sure we will never be shown the so called footage. |

Also, are these videos taken after police have combed through them for evidence, and if so, where is there nothing to indicate a police presence...fingerprinting dusting, etc.? It is weird, they release the video so fast like they want us to see it. I'd figure it's still considered evidence........... |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 69683900 United States 08/28/2015 12:35 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Upon viewing it again the computer is definitely still intact and facing the opposite way of the pics taken. Now it's not uncommon for the authorities to open it up and remove the hard drive but it is odd that we have this discrepancy considering someone was obviously filming inside the apartment prior to their arrival! Also, i saw a report that said the police entered through the balcony for fear of the apartment being booby trapped. Well there was obviously one person besides the alleged shooter himself who knew for a fact that it wasn't! |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 68969866 Canada 08/28/2015 12:38 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I've learned 4 things reading this thread. 1) there are no crazy people that commit murder. 2) assumptions are fact. 3) talking in red bold font makes you right. 4) crazy people always have lots of personal items and decorated homes like gay people. |

User ID: 69953222 United States 08/28/2015 12:47 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I am wondering - I haven't been following this case, well, obsessively, and I've actually been trying to avoid the videos as I don't want to see people get shot. Quoting: mehitable 63830259 HOWEVER...are there any videos that actually SHOW the shooter so we can identify him as Flanagan FROM the video? Or are they all from his POV (looking towards the victims)? All I have seen are stills from the shooting from the photographer's angle. Like this: [link to heavyeditorial.files.wordpress.com (secure)] [link to heavyeditorial.files.wordpress.com (secure)] No where in the video do you see these images. These images are fake. NibiruX |

If the police would have already been there the apartment would have been up-ended stem to stern. Cabinets emptied, closets emptied, couch cushions torn apart, etc. looking for evidence. Such as ammo, ammo boxes, gun box, drugs, photos and video where he surveilled the victims. receipts, etc. Frankly, the apartment looks untouched. |

LOL, of course a news reporter would have a TV set, don't see how they could have missed that in the staging. Other people have brought up in another thread, how the hell could he know to be there at 6 in the morning when there was no one else there? He would he even KNOW that? This whole thing is a set up. I think this gay guy was set up and framed - and killed, of course, because the focus IS THE GAY GUY...getting rid of HIM was the goal. Thats' my belief anyway. |

People are waking up at an exponential rate. Right?! I was expecting to hear way more hype about the supposed crime, not the gun control bullshit I'm seeing instead. Actually, I expected that too, but you know what I mean.
