I theorize that may be possible if you look at the full title of the video. I just uploaded the videos, not sure about what's going on here. He may have been ELF'd like the Navy shooter.

Look at the context. It's guns, race and a weird fighting scene he's involved in. This is not a "sizzle" reel. There's more going on here than that.

Many are trying to say he was dressed as a cop in his shooting video, I say no. He dressed just like he did in the video above and even when the cameraman was spun around and dropped his camera, the shooter had his hand in his pocket also.

It was definitely him, same clothes type and stance.
