Loud #Cairo #bang (or #blast, God knows) was heard in Haram, Giza, Duqqi, Zamalek, downtown, Manial, Muqattam, Shubra, many other places.

It seems like #explosion much more loud and felt in Zamalek than any other part of #Cairo #Egypt


WOW, I hope not in Zamalek, many Embassies there and lots of foreigners. Lets hope it was one of the huge sound bombs a gain with nearly no damage

It's just reporting the sound, but not sure what this picture is fyi...I doubt it's from the scene. Media here sometimes...they use any pictures.

More rumors and conflicting stories...everyone has a friend of a friend of a journalist etc...so far youm3 and youm7 report in Dokki, weird picture used, others say it was 3 bombs in State Security Building in Shubra and also a weird picture was Tweeted. We're in rumor mode still...I'm going outside now because some people say planes are in the sky. I want to go somewhere where buildings aren't obstructing my view and if I can see anything!

I only saw a plane very high up going east lol. People are still reporting conflicting story, it does seem it was in Shubra.

It's starting to go into western MSM as I checked. AJE reports also near State Security Building.
