Most of the money went into the pockets of the operators (I assume). They filed for chapter 11.
If the business itself was a fraud, would the operators be liable personally? Meaning, shouldn't the gov't go after their personal assets? |

It's amazing how many profitless tech companies get bid to high levels on empty promises only to have their management be able to cash out big. Was thinking about this as TSLA tanked after reporting a massive loss and GMCR took a dump today... and those companies actually make a product people buy and have decent revenue... a lot of them are smoke and mirrors.
